1.1 Do orders ship discreetly?
All of our packages are shipped in branded USPS priority mail boxes or plain brown cardboard boxes.
1.2 What is the return policy?
All sales are final. We do not allow returns on any items. If you’re unsure that your item will work for you please message us on Instagram or our email. We will be happy to send photos, videos, and answer any questions you may have before purchasing.
1.3 My item was damaged in shipping. What should I do?
Things happen and at Twisted Glass we always want to make sure you are happy with your order. If an item arrives broken/faulty/damaged please contact us within 48 hours via email at [email protected].
Please include the following information:
1. A photo/video of the broken product
2. A photo of the box your order arrived in
3. Your order #
1.4 When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders arrive between 2-5 business days after ship date depending on the size and weight of your package. Larger packages occasionally take longer. International orders take between 7-14 days. All packages are eligible for upgrading to Express shipping for an additional $50. Please check your tracking number for more details about your shipping time.

Contact us and we will confirm your order and contact information.
1.6 What should I do if I never receive my order?
Please contact us immediately if you did not receive your package within 14 days of receiving your tracking information.
1.7 Where are you located?
Our online store ships out of our store front at 1201 MURDOCH AVE., Parkersburg, WV 26101. We also have 4 additional locations in the Mid Ohio Valley (MOV) covering WV and OH. Check out our locations page to find the closest Twisted Glass Smoke Shop to you.
