Broken/Faulty/Damaged Items:
Things happen and at Twisted Glass Smoke Shop we always want to make sure you are happy with your order. If an item arrives broken/faulty/damaged please contact us within 48 hours via email at [email protected]. Please include your order number, email address and shipping information and we will send you a call tag to return the items. Once we receive the items we will replace them, direct you to the manufacturer for repair/replacement, or issue store credit.
